Elephant House is a tranquil gem set in lush gardens with a real charm and incredible staff. It could not have been more relaxing, we did not want to leave. We booked to base ourselves here for a trip to Addo elephant park which was a short drive away. In the game drive we had an unforgettable experience getting prime viewing spots of the herds of elephant as well as black rhino and hyena encounters. Our guide Alan was great, so friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. The owner, Clive, could not have been more accommodating. We loved it here.

Amazing place, in the heart of the nature so that you feel like in a new dimension. The staff is extremely kind (especially Frederic, that cheered our dinner playing the piano!), and the room really big and cleaned. I had one of my best breakfast in my South Africa trip!
