The bed! So comfy with lively linens! The hosts were just out of this world. She made a egg white and spinach omelette for my husband (who has huge dietary hassles), and made him feel as if it was simple as frying an egg! They gave us all the touristy tips and routes which helped us see all we had hoped we would. It was like bidding family goodbye when we sadly had to leave fairyland and head back to reality!

Our stay at Soundbaai Country House was simply unforgettable! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by the hosts with warm hospitality and immediately felt at home. The owners and their friends, who were also on site during our stay, looked after us with a warmth and care that is rare to find. The accommodation itself is an absolute dream - stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean and with a breathtaking view of the sea. You can feel the love that has been put into every detail. The property exudes a sense of calm and serenity that is perfect for a relaxing break. The hosts also provided us with valuable tips for excursions and activities, helping us to fully savour the surroundings. The personal touch was particularly impressive: the evenings with the owners and their friends were a real enrichment and made our stay a unique experience. We didn't just find accommodation, we left with the feeling that we had made friends. If you are looking for something special, this is the place for you. A big thank you to the whole team - we will definitely be back!
