Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Bringue is located in the Andorran village of El Serrat, just 5km from Vallnord Ski Resort. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Rooms at Hotel Bringue are simple and comfortable. One of the closest hotels to the slopes. The restaurant was great value. 3 course meal for €25. Staff were so polite and very helpful. The Spa was gorgeous and we had it all to ourselves. Rooms were big and spacious and we had a gorgeous view of the river. There was also a bus that went into town for only 20cent.

Hotel Coma is situated in the Andorran mountain village of Ordino. It offers an outdoor pool and tennis courts, and organises outdoor activities such as hiking, canyoning and skiing. There are only positive things to report. The hotel is getting on in years, but that's what makes it so charming. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant had everything we wanted. But above all is the staff!! Every wish was fulfilled with a smile. Before we arrived, I had ordered flowers and champang for our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed with everything! Just a great service! We will be back.

The family-friendly hotel is nestled among the still and splendid landscape of Ordino, with spectacular views of the picturesque surroundings. Good location, nice pool, big room, friendly staff.
