Bed linen and towels are provided. Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Xalet Bringué Hotel is located in the Andorran Pyrenees mountain village of El Serrat. The attractive wood and stone building has designer interiors, while outside the terraces offer panoramic views.

There is a lounge with a fireplace, and wellness centre with a steam bath and jacuzzi. Free Wi-Fi can be found in reception. Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Delicious breakfast where everybody can take something.

Rooms at Hotel Bringue are simple and comfortable. They all have an en suite bathroom, a minibar and a TV. We liked everything, apart from small things. The window view was great, very quite place with nature sounds.

All rooms come with bathroom facilities, flat-screen satellite and direct-dial telephone. I did prepare my breakfast by myself. It's easy and use a little of time to do it. The room is great and big and very clean. We like to find place that close to the place for dinner because sometime hard to find car park if we go to the town.

The hotel offers free ski storage in winter. beautifully decorated hotel and very clean. A great decorated big room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Nice breakfast. The staff were very nice and helped us with all we needed encluding guiding and recomended places to visit. We've stayed there 2 nights and it was really hard to leave. I hope I will be able to come back and enjoy and experience it again. Everything was just exelent.
