The hotel was everything I needed it to be; excellent and large room, staff more welcoming and helpful than any place you’ve ever been, and of course the renowned four seasons comfiest bed you will ever sleep on. Best decision I made was to stay here!

Check-in process was very warm and personal, where she shared an interesting fact about the property. My 13 year old daughter even noticed this and was keen to say good-bye at checkout. The rooms are beyond comfortable, you almost don't want to leave them. The quality of the breakfast buffet really stood out as well as the food at the Azure Lounge.

The breakfast was great. I really liked the sauna. We went to the Chinese restaurant several times, they cook wonderfully there. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good bed linen. The pool is heated, they bring water and sometimes light sweets.

We’ll definitely come back! Everything was amazing, especially the service. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, the hotel was very nice and clean, the beach and pool were in a great condition, and the food was delicious! I suggest taking a boat trip at sunset, the view is amazing! Also don’t miss the Observation Point at level 74 (free entrance, ask at the reception)

The room was spacious and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. We especially loved the large pool and the stunning private beach. The staff made the experience even better. A special thank you to Archin at the reception for the warm welcome and to Arshad at the beach area for his kindness and attentiveness. Everything was perfect. Starting from the entrance welcoming, amazing energy, friendly and very helpful staff🙌 Breakfast buffet is something else!
