This 5-star hotel has won the World Luxury Hotel Award in 2015. The Kingdom Tower can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The hotel is great. The rooms need to be updated but they were large, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Omg, what a Heaven! I have no words to describe people working there. Evey person there, from reception, Concierge Desk, security, cleaning staff, pool employees, workers dealing with baggages and doors, restaurant staff...everybody were absolut perfection. Because of people working in Ritz-Carlton, that hotel is a place you feel like you never want to leave and always return. Ms Selvia Kamel and Mr Emad Liddawi are flawless..
