Great service , clean hotel , amazing helpful stuff , it happened that my car key fell down from the elevator gap from the 12th floor and they acted very professionally, and called the responsible company for the elevator maintenance and they brought the key next morning , and as they found it broken in 4 pieces they managed to fix it and it worked fine , this is a great experience who has let me forget about this nightmare that i lived for couple of hours from the night to the morning, i am so thankful for all the stuff from the reception to the room service , they were so helpful and professional … thank you billions for your great help indeed

Resort kiểu Ả Rập này tọa lạc tại thị trấn ven biển Khorfakkan, chỉ cách thành phố Fujairah nhộn nhịp 20 phút lái xe. Staff was super friendly. Ms Haliema at reception was very welcoming and supportive. Staff was always on point to make us comfortable and very prompt when any request was made. Will definitely come again.

The City Tower Hotel is situated in the middle of Fujairah city within a short driving distance from beach. since i have stayed on weekends for the past 9 years, I always stay at City Tower Hotel. Staff always goes out of their way to give me same room all these years. its like coming home to family here. i will return as always! thank you City Tower!!!!
