Those with mobility issues should be aware there are quite a few stairs and no lift. But that didn't put us off. We stayed in the Queen's Suite, which was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect - 15 mins hike to the Castle and 10 mins to the Old Bazaar. Loved stepping back in time. The breakfast was good spread.

The hotel was very special, from the windows of the room you can see the whole city, the room was very clean, the sheets, towels, facilities, details, I also really liked the restaurant part, where the food was very tasty especially in the morning with that wonderful view. The girls at the reception were very kind and polite, they helped us upon arrival at the hotel and for any question and help they did not hesitate to be present, they made us feel like we were at home and not like strangers, this is something to be appreciated by the warm hospitality.
