Beautiful views can also be enjoyed from the lakeside terrace. Charming hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the lake (the view is unbeatable). Excellent restaurant and delicious breakfast. The town and lake offer a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. A small alpaca farm is also on site, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Very nice design,great personnel, well thought through facilities - a lot of stuff which can be rented, booked, etc. Nice touch that extra diaper bin was provided to us knowing we’re travelling with a kid. Free big parking is also a plus.

Reiterhof Suassbauer is just 100 metres from Lake Wolfgang and 800 metres from the centre of St. Wolfgang. It offers a riding school and riding opportunities with Iceland horses. Each room has a balcony overlooking the lake.

Guests of the Suassbauer Reiterhof can relax in a sun bed, and play table tennis. A ski storage room is available. The lady was friendly and kind to us. We had a sweet night in the lovely house. The hotel is near the bus stop and you can enjoy the beautiful views of mountains and rivers. There are also two cute cats who are close to the people and some horses are in the backyard.

Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental.

Guests of the Fürberg Hotel can relax in a sauna and a steam bath. Hiking equipment and packed lunches can be provided on request. Free private parking is available on site. I liked everything! The location is amazing, secluded and calm but also has everything you need like food at the restaurant or 5 minutes away by car at any supermarket. I would definitely come again. Friends' groups, however, shall watch out for the showering situation 😂 it is more like a romantic getaway 😉 but I still had lots of fun with my friend there. Ah the Seilbahn is 5 minutes away aaand Hallstaat is about an hour, although I don't recommend leaving the heaven of this place and going to the touristic horror of Hallstaat.

Dinner is served on the lakeside terrace, in the restaurant, or in the winter garden. The exclusive restaurant, awarded from the Falstaff Gourmet Guide with 2 forks, offers an extensive wine list. Perfect lake getaway. Lawn and deck in the back gave excellent access to the lake. Lovely dining and lounging options, breakfast was a dream. Staff was personable and ever-present to refresh drinks as needed. Looking forward to coming back.

This traditional, family-run hotel enjoys a quiet but central location, offering guests high-quality, comfortable accommodation in the pretty town of St. Gilgen, 300 metres from the shores of the Wolfgangsee lake. The room was quite big with a nice balcony with beautiful flowers and nice view. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was ok .

This individually designed countryside hotel offers 4-star comfort and features a private bathing place and a lakeside garden. There is also a sun terrace with a hot tub, a sauna and a relaxation room. I really like the room with the view!
