We had a fantastic stay at Sana Hotel in Sarajevo. The location is perfect—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks goes to Mirlena, who stood out with her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed. Her warm attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sarajevo.

A perfect location on the edge of Baščaršija which makes it a great base for exploring the entire city. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, I'm super grateful for them to wait after hours for me as my flight was delayed. A delicious breakfast, a super clean room.

The single room was perfect for what I needed - comfy bed, quiet and very clean. The owner is so kind and helped me a lot during my stay. To get in to town is only a 10-15 min walk away down the hill, and there is a small supermarket and bakery nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
