This luxurious family-run hotel in the Patershol District of Ghent offers rooms in 2 historic buildings and benefits from a free heated swimming pool. Excelent locatiin. Right in the centrum, on the canal, within walking distance from most attraction. We took a suit which wa very spscious with delicate, sophisticated style. Good restaurants all arounf.

The weather could not ruin the impression on arrival. Room was very cosy and comfortable that we couldn't wake up in the morning. Then had a delicious breakfast done by lovely people who own the place. After had a tour over the castle. A really good dive in to the history. Special thanks to the Mrs. Will be definitely planing my next trip to stay there and go cycling in the area. Many thanks to all the family welcomed us.

The property was clean, friendly owners, great outdoors. The room, malheur, was perfect, functional bathroom and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and nice variation. loved the fact that Ingeborg, our charming host, made us eggs every morning. Great backyard with beautiful landscaping. A peaceful getaway.

Located on a quiet street in the heart of Ghent, Ganda Rooms & Suites is housed in a 18th century style townhouse with a patio and terraces. Free WiFi access is available. We loved this property because of the historical look and feel of the place. While the rooms were modern and the amenities excellent, the real clincher was the warmth of the hosts, and the excellent home-cooked breakfasts.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, B&B Villa Emma is situated in Ghent, 3.2 km from Ghent Christmas Market. The house is a fabulous late Victorian era (in the UK it would be, I don't know what era that is in Belgium!?!) villa set in beautiful grounds. We had the Acacia room, it was lovely and clean and nicely decorated, with a sitting area with a couple of armchairs and a separate bedroom off this with a spiral staircase up to the ensuite. The double bed was big, (super kingsize I think), and there was a single bed on a mezzanine in the turret above the sitting area which is fun, but a little precarious to climb up, so not suitable for very young kids or elderly people. Georges and Hilda are lovely hosts and the breakfasts were fantastic, homemade bread, apple pie, yoghurt, pastries, cheese, charcuterie, eggs, bacon - we didn't need lunch. Hilda explained the buses, and it was easy to get in to the center of Ghent and back, on the no.10 bus from a nearby bus stop. It was a lovely peaceful location and the garden was beautiful with plenty of wildlife to watch - brown squirrels, ducks and birds.
