The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The owners are friendly and you can tell that they value its customers.

Clean, warm and tidy family hotel, friendly and helpful hosts, really good breakfast, wonderful view over the whole mountain, parking inside, very close to the center. It felt like home.

Hotel Ida ligger 500 meter fra svævebanen i Bansko og 10 minutters gang fra centrum af Bansko. Gæsterne kan benytte spabadet og den sæsonåbne indendørs pool. Central location, but still quiet at night. Danny, the owner, was so nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again!
