Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Very friendly, kind and helpful staff, including the parking. The restaurant was top notch, you should try the cheesecake! SPA facilities were everything you need and the hiking trails start just behind the hotel.

It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

Dette hotel ligger på en malerisk bakke i bydelen Chepino i Velingrad og har imponerende udsigt over både byen og den smukke fyrreskov. Alt var fantastisk, vi havde en fantastisk ophold ! Dejlige store rene værelser med udsigt , super dejlige pools helt op af bjerg og skov med panoramaerudsigt , super lækker afrens buffé med varierede retter fra fisk til lam og dejlig salat og meze udvalg . God underholdning og stemning i bowlinghallen om aften . Vi kommer helt klart tilbage !

V Chalet Residence ligger i Velingrad, 3,8 km fra Historical Museum Velingrad, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. This was an amazing location! It is newly built, it has great facilities (we used the pool and the sauna), very clean, located in a quiet area just outside of town. The food was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
