Hotel is simple - which is totally fine considering the wilderness around - but well maintained, rooms comfortable, clean, warm and quiet. Bed linen was unexpectedly high quality. Bathrooms are like everywhere in such type of accomodations, but hot water was strong and stable. Food was delicious, and staff is helpful and welcoming, ready to assist with any requests. Was asking for something different from the standard for breakfast for health reasons and was offered an acceptable replacement with kindness and parents like care.

Trigrad Hotel features a relax zone, equipped with a hot tub, a sauna and a steam bath. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, offering traditional meals with products from the area. Great staff, the hotel was clean and tidy, the people were very friendly. The SPA was big enough.
