This older hotel was extremely well maintained. All the staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is the best we have had in South America. We were random Australians (very unusual in Ponta Grossa). The hotel went out of puts way to make us comfortable.

We were heading back home from Foz do Iguaçu and after 5 hours drive we’re looking for a place to sleep. We found this high rating place on Booking, so decided to book it. Now I can say it is worth the rating. The rooms are spacious, modern, comes with all amenities, including soap, shampoo, plenty of towels, courtesy water and fridge with ice cold beers and soda. The mattress was just perfect. The breakfast, my lord better be prepared for fresh cakes, lemon cake and especially chocolate cake, just amazing. Plenty of fruit, and other goodies. I usually don’t write long comments on hotels, but this place is just a gem! Sleep here if you are planning to stay in Guarapuava, or just driving home from a long trip like us.

Ideally located 6.8 km from Brazil-Paraguay border and 22 km from Iguaçu Waterfalls, Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention Center offers an outdoor swimming pool, a kid's club and an equipped fitness... Everything was good… we spent a nice week there. The food is very good.

Located in Guaratuba, this hotel features a spa, sports court and a terrace with indoor pool. The bar is placed directly in the outdoor pool. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Staff was outstanding, attentive, responsive, helpful. Food choice could have been better. Fruit, coffee selections were very good.

Starting with the reception team, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. A special thank you to Daniel, who warmly welcomed me on my first day, 24th December 2025, and immediately made me feel at home. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Luiz, who is responsible for security and guest safety. His presence and professionalism gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. My heartfelt thanks go to Lucilene, who with so much care and kindness always left my room spotless and in impeccable condition — truly outstanding service. A big thank you to Paulo from the kitchen service, who prepared the most delicious salad for me one evening — it was unforgettable. I would also like to thank Cesar, Ferreira, Viviane, Suellen, Carlos, Nagila, Roberto, and Edson for all the care, support, and assistance they provided during my stay. And of course, I cannot forget to thank the entire team for the lovely breakfast every morning, which was always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared.
