The staff was really welcoming, gave us a whole tour of the property. The recommended amazing tours (the fishing and snorkeling one and we get to see manatees!!) We enjoyed that 3 different pools were accessible. The restaurant is delicious and they served the best piña coloda ever (with fresh piñas)

Just magical, we will go back.
