In the village of Villigen, Hotel zum Hirschen serves a buffet breakfast and Swiss and French cuisine. A wine cellar and free Wi-Fi in all areas are also featured. Wow what a great experience, beaitiful place, very clean, delicious breakfast. Love it, hopefully will be back very soon.

Baden is a gem of a wellness village, situated on the Limmat River. Blume. is sophisticated, historic and boutique. It is centered in the Kurplatz, where everything is walking distance. The food was delicious, beds comfortable and combo of history and luxury make it an ideal choice!

The Schiff am Rhein Hotel is located in the Old Town of Rheinfelden, right on the Rhine river, a 15-minute drive from Basel. It features a restaurant with a river-view terrace. The staff was extremely helpful in providing gluten free and lactose free breakfast options. The location is fantastic with view over the Rhine. The room was small but the balcony was very much appreciated. A nice place/location to relax. This hotel is on my top list to come back next year.

The Mercure Hotel Krone is situated below Lenzburg Castle, on the edge of the Old Town. It offers traditional yet creative cuisine and free parking in the garage. Food was delicious, great breakfast! Location is super central, comfortable spacious free parking. Rooms have small, but cozy balcony.

Hotel du Parc enjoys a quiet location close to a park, just a short walk from Baden’s centre, the Grand Casino and the thermal spas. Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. People were amazing and super friendly

A small, single person room, right in the center of Baden. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The windows have very good sound isolation, you cannot hear the people partying outside during the weekednd or the bell which tells the time in the tower nearby. A supermarket is available in the Manor shopping center nearby and another one, a Coop, is a few minutes away, in the train station. The baths are 10 minutes away by foot. For hiking there are multiple easy options starting from the Center of Baden. There is an elevator servicing all floors. There is a well equipped kitchen in the room.
