This is the first time I've rated a hotel this high. We loved it. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable with simplicity. The staff was top notch. You can not beat the location.

Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. The hotel was in a very good location, near to all the attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Overall a nice, quiet and wonderful stay.

The Basel SBB Train Station is 850 metres away. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and modern. Location is very central. Walking distance to the old town and good connection to other parts of the city.

The accommodation enjoys a central and very quiet location close to the university and the cantonal hospital. The hotel has a small garden and free WLAN. Lovely hotel close to the center and to the train station. Clean, tidy, spacious rooms :) Breakfast was very good and even allowed me to enter before the opening hours. Would highly recommend

This hotel is located in Basel's largest private recreational park, and yet lies in the heart of the city. Hotel ODELYA Basel is a heritage-listed building from 1860, with a new building extension, and combines the tranquillity of an organic wild garden with modern urban living.

Simply but nicely furnished, spacious rooms welcome you for a peaceful night's rest and you can start every day with charming views of the rose garden. A buffet breakfast is available on request. Great location very close to old part of town, lovely and spacious room, very helpful staff. Nice lounge on our floor to make tea and coffee and play cards. We were there for the carnival and it was a great choice.

Just 150 metres from Basel Main Train Station and the airport shuttle bus and only 10 minutes' ride by public transport to Basel Messe convention centre, Metropol Hotel is a modern non-smoking hotel in the centre of Basel . Location was fantastic--just across from the train station. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Room was clean and comfortable. AND there was a bonus Metro pass which was super handy!
