This was actually my second time staying here, and I loved it even more. It’s truly a special place that I’m always excited to return to.

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Staying here was truly a memorable experience, made even better by the outstanding staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was in Lucerne to compete in the Swiss City Marathon, and they graciously prepared an early breakfast to fit my race schedule. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Great concept. Very well equipped kitchen. Very responsive host although everything was done through the app.

The bungalows built of wood feature a fireplace and mountain views. Some of the units feature a flat-screen TV and a sauna. The private bathrooms are fitted with a shower, while some rooms have shared bathroom facilities. Peaceful, clean bungalows in the middle of nature, conditions are very good. The beds are very large and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Shared bathroom but the room has its own toilet.as It also includes various play areas for children and adults.

1 km away from the centre of Engelberg which offers access to the Titlis Ski Area, guests can find Alpenresort Eienwäldli Engelberg in quiet surroundings. The hotel’s 1000m² spa centre features a steam bath, 3 saunas and an adventure pool. Comfortable location just next to bus station. Great personal and the room for 4 was quite good. I will definitely return to this hotel
