As a solo hiker spending a month in Switzerland on a budget that my wife would allow, this was a super place to stay for 4 nights. My only regret is that I didn't stay a week. If I return, I will stay for a week! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I used the shared showers and found them much better than the private showers of the other rooms of my trip. The hosts answered my questions and even loaned me their repair tools when my glasses fell apart. I feel that the combined savings from the kitchenette for meals and the pass for the mountain lifts exceeded the price of my room. And there's a laundry room!

The hotel also provides facilities such as a Jacuzzi and a sauna, which add extra value to the experience. We also tried the restaurant and breakfast , where the food was decent and enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a beautiful setting at the area.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. You feel very spoilt by the Swiss hospitality.
