Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

The view of the lake over dinner on their patio was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were all very helpful. Convenient to bus and train. And a beautiful place to sit directly across the street from the hotel on the lake.

Just a 3-minute walk from the Old Town, the English Garden and from Lake Geneva, the elegant Hôtel Longemalle offers you air-conditioned rooms equipped with period furniture, an HD LED TV and free... The balcony was amazing, room was comfortable, bath was a great size and we loved the decor of the hotel. It was a really nice place to be! We also didn’t realise the hotel faces onto a pedestrianised space, so restaurants and cafes have outdoor spaces here and there’s also a number of trees nearby, makes the place quite peaceful even though you’re nearby some busy roads.
