Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. The staff were wonderful and catered to our every need. It was was great being all inclusive for meals and spa amenities!

This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. 1. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The towels were changed daily as well. 2. The breakfast was made up of bread, butter and other spreads, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. It was enough to sustain us till mid afternoon. 3. The location was in Interlaken West, more on the quiet side of town. Very near train station and one can easily walk all the way to Interlaken Ost. 4. Hospitality - it was Sassa who received us when we arrived and she explained the house rules. On the succeeding days, it was Christine who met us for breakfast. I didn't get the name of the person in charge of housekeeping - she was awesome!
