Located at the summit of Mount Pilatus at 2,132 metres above sea level, the Hotel Bellevue is reachable by aerial tramway or the world's steepest cog railway in summer. A very unique & amazing experience to sleep on top of Pilatus! The views are breathtaking, the food is delicious and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommmended.

Opening in December 2016, Boutiquehotel Anker Luzern is located in a historical building in the centre of Luzern, right on the Pilatusplatz square. Modern interiors, great location, very good reception staff. Awesome room, very quiet just as we requested. Huge balcony having its own curtains, which was something pleasantly new for us. They even gave a good standing fan without asking. And a variety of pillows to help pick the right ones. Special appreciation for Tamara.

The hotel offers a very nice view of the mountains and the lake, plus it is slightly outside the city centre, therefore very calm and quiet. Despite being a bit outside, the city centre is very easy to access since the hotel offers free bus tickets (and the bus station is just downstairs) and free WiFi in the old town. For us, this combination was just perfect! The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and diverse.
