The personnel is very friendly and we were lucky to be there at a time that they were having a special dinner buffet with meat specialties from the region. Great breakfast as well!

Hotel Maria’s individually decorated rooms overlook the forest or the valley. They feature wooden furniture, satellite TV, and a bathroom. Excellent menu, preparation, and presentation of the evening meals all three days. Also, an extensive wine list. Overall, the restaurant for the evening meals was very good and a good value. Breakfast was suitable but not above average. I seem to recall an extra charge for an egg cooked to order.

The hotel spa includes a sauna and a well-equipped gym, and the restaurant Stars offers a panoramic view over the lakes and the mountains. Breakfast was quite enough. Very close to ski slope. Room was very comfortable with my kid. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and tasty

The traditional rooms are decorated with modern, wooden furniture and floors. Free access to Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Modern bathrooms are also provided. The view from the hotel was amazing. I also spent some time walking on the mountain, with continuous spectacular views on the valley and surrounding mountains. I was also very well assisted with my travel plans for the next day, being provided with an early breakfast to meet my schedule.

Free access to the nearby Ovaverva spa and sports center, which is a suberb offer to the hotel's guests and truly improves value for price. As a summary, both the hotel and its staff deserve each of the hotel's 4 stars!
