The personnel is very friendly and we were lucky to be there at a time that they were having a special dinner buffet with meat specialties from the region. Great breakfast as well!

Built in a modern Engadine style, this 3-star hotel in the centre of Sils-Maria is 750 metres from the Furtschellas Cable Car. The traditionally furnished restaurant serves Swiss and Italian cuisine. Excellent menu, preparation, and presentation of the evening meals all three days. Also, an extensive wine list. Overall, the restaurant for the evening meals was very good and a good value. Breakfast was suitable but not above average. I seem to recall an extra charge for an egg cooked to order.

Beautiful historic house in the peaceful valley of Bever, Gasthaus Spinas has comfortable bedrooms and excellent showers. A big big plus is that they are one of the very few in the region that accepts pets. The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more memorable.

With views of the Engadin Mountains and Lake Silvaplana, Nira Alpina offers luxury rooms with terraces. Breakfast was quite enough. Very close to ski slope. Room was very comfortable with my kid. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Stunning beauty and world class charm. Ski in/out. And the spa, oh the spa, was heaven. Sitting in the jacuzzi looking out over the most beautiful mountain scene you could ever imagine. 1st class and no place is even close. Will go again, and again.

This hotel is set at the foot of Mount Baselgia, close to Zernez’s Reformed Church. It offers tennis courts and a wellness area. Zernez Train Station is 1 km away. The Baer & Post is an excellent place to stay. We were there for 3 nights. It is an ideal location, half-way between Davos and St, Moritz. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and immediately felt so at home. Our room was very spacious, exceedingly clean with great beds, pillows and duvets and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and the dinner great. We can't say enough good things about the Baer & Post….stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl is set in the mountains of Samedan, at the Muottas Muragl cable car station. It has a unique terrace with views of the Engadine’s Lake District. The view from the hotel was amazing. I also spent some time walking on the mountain, with continuous spectacular views on the valley and surrounding mountains. I was also very well assisted with my travel plans for the next day, being provided with an early breakfast to meet my schedule.

Just 150 metres from the Sankt Moritz-Signal Cable Car, the 4-star Hotel San Gian offers various massages and relaxation treatments, free WiFi and 2 restaurants. Very friendly staff, who were happy to speak to you in your mother tongue if they spoke it. Very spacious bedroom, including a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and 2 washbasins. Very good continental breakfast, including freshly baked bread and an available breakfast menu to order from. Free access to the nearby Ovaverva spa and sports center, which is a suberb offer to the hotel's guests and truly improves value for price. As a summary, both the hotel and its staff deserve each of the hotel's 4 stars!
