The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Everything! We are already planning another tip hopefully next year and would love to stay in this hotel again. They were very accommodating to it being my partners birthday and even surprised us all with a cake and the happy birthday song at tea time!!! Very friendly and helpful staff and the location is amazing. Not 1 bad word to say.

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool. Very convenient location from the train, check in was very easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast included was fantastic, best included breakfasts we have ever had.

The room was small , but cosy and welcoming, quiet and with a great mountain view. The host was lovely and dinner was good.
