Everything was great; from the rooms to the spa, we enjoyed this hotel a lot. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I would especially like to thank everyone at the reception.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Clean, neat, bed is really comfy and close to everywhere. The receptionist gave us surprise by upgrading our room.

It is possible to relax for free in the sauna, the steam bath, the hot tub and the large pool with 30 °C water temperature and view of the Matterhorn. On request, beauty treatments and massages can be arranged. Sauna, bed room was nice. Little details everywhere.

Chandolin Boutique Hotel is set at 2,000-metre altitude on one of Europe's highest inhabited villages. It offers a ski-out situation, a gourmet restaurant, panoramic mountain views, a sauna, steam room, relaxation room as well as our outdoor Nordic baths. I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.
