The view is the best especially on the 3rd floor. Rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delicious too.

Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas. Everything was excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was absolutely perfect — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The location is right in the city center, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Truly a perfect stay!

The room was big enough for the 4 of us; we also had a balcony and a nice view down the valley. Nice breakfast in the morning, very enjoyable space in the lounge. We had a walk in the village in the evening, really enjoyed that, we could even see the Leman/Geneva lake from a location there.

Chandolin Boutique Hotel is set at 2,000-metre altitude on one of Europe's highest inhabited villages. I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.
