The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food. Spa was incredible, including the infinity pool.

Located at the summit of Mount Pilatus at 2,132 metres above sea level, the Hotel Bellevue is reachable by aerial tramway or the world's steepest cog railway in summer. This was one of the coolest Hotels I ever stayed at. Great hiking, great dinner, great breakfast. Great views.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, and the area itself was so peaceful and quiet, especially early in the mornings. We also loved the breakfast. We easily could’ve stayed for another 3 nights - we will definitely be back!

We were greeted by Isabelle and Franzisca so warmly. They both have such a bright smile which made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Isabelle was so helpful to give us tips on our mountain trip. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The ceiling fan was a big bonus. The breakfast was also a plus, and the coffee was top! Location is also very convenient!

We arrived after check-in hours and the staff were very nice and helpful. Since we arrived after the restaurant was close, they made us sandwiches a and salads.
