The breakfast is delicious, and if you have excursions leaving early in the morning, just let them know so they can prepare a light breakfast for you before your departure. The center is within walking distance, and if you need supplies, there's a grocery store across the street and a supermarket a two-minute drive away.

This place has a rustic charm, smart casual decoration and lovely views. It is wonderful to sit outside having breakfast in the morning or sit in silence with a glass of wine in the evening. But it is the service level and friendliness of Franklin and his wife that really make this a special place. Before we arrived we got a welcome message with directions and when we arrived Franklin introduced us to the lodge. We also got recommendations for tours and restaurants. As it take some time to walk to the city centre there are bikes to borrow. A highly recommended place to stay outside San Pedro.
