The property is 800 metres from downtown. Stayed Christmas Eve 2024 for one night before catching the ferry. The owners were kind, informative and very helpful. Location was very convenient for ferry. We had a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back!!

Rooms at Presidente Suites Puerto Montt are bright and traditionally furnished. Each room has a kitchenette and seating area. Modern amenities include cable TV and room service. The location was excellent, our room overlooking the water. From the exterior the hotel doesn’t give anything away but as soon as we pulled into the car park we were greeted by the friendly and informative staff. The decor was warm, inviting and has a tasteful maritime theme in keeping with the bay. The room was extremely spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a good hot shower and a large comfortable bed. Despite being on the road, the sound of the traffic wasn’t noticeable. We appreciated the option for room service after a long day travelling and the delicious breakfast with a view.
