Stayed Christmas Eve 2024 for one night before catching the ferry. The owners were kind, informative and very helpful. Location was very convenient for ferry. We had a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to come back!!

This 4-star Hotel is situated in Puerto Montt’s centre 100 metres from the beach. It offers an indoor pool with Pacific Ocean views. WiFi access in public areas and parking are free. The location was excellent, our room overlooking the water. From the exterior the hotel doesn’t give anything away but as soon as we pulled into the car park we were greeted by the friendly and informative staff. The decor was warm, inviting and has a tasteful maritime theme in keeping with the bay. The room was extremely spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a good hot shower and a large comfortable bed. Despite being on the road, the sound of the traffic wasn’t noticeable. We appreciated the option for room service after a long day travelling and the delicious breakfast with a view.
