Well equipped cabins overlooking the bay. Very efficiently arranged. Nice outside deck, covered parking. Great breakfast and for all an excellent value. We highly recommend! The owner was most gracious as were the staff.

It was a cozy little bungalow away from town and the noise of Castro. Close to the water so we could go for walks along the shore. Manuel, our host was very nice too. He went out of his way to help us including organising a lift to the bus station very early on our day of departure.

The room was overlooking the Cucao Lake, had a very nice decor that created a very romantic atmosphere. The personal was super helpful and helped planning the activities for each day. The hotel counts with very beautiful outdoor and indoor common areas. The kitchen can be used to prepare your own food. The place was absolutely clean and nicely kept.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The room was tidy and relaxing, the location was practical for getting around, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. A pleasant stay overall.

Airport shuttles can be arranged for an extra fee. getting to stay in an actual palafito during our stay in Castro added to our visit to Chiloé. the apartamento was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. the terrace on the water made it memorable
