The staff was really nice, the hotel and the room is very beautiful, the garden is very quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with homemade yogurt, bread and cakes. The price is very good (excelent stay for a more than fair price)

Great location in a very cute Palafito. The beds are comfortable and the hostel was very clean.

Our room was large and lovely with an incredible lake view, the hosts hospitable, the breakfast perfect. We only had soup and drinks in the evening but I imagine that the food is fantastic as everything else. I would definitely stay again.

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!
