The staff was really nice, the hotel and the room is very beautiful, the garden is very quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with homemade yogurt, bread and cakes. The price is very good (excelent stay for a more than fair price)

We had room 8 with a beautiful view and a private terrace. We spent our entire rest day here enjoying the restful atmosphere and watching the tide go in and out. We made use of the lovely common spaces in the hostel as well. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Chile, with hearty homemade seed bread, fresh fruit and yogurt, and eggs made to order. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Rooms surrounded by a 4-hectare park are offered in Puyehue, only a 20-minute drive from Puyehue National Park. Guests can relax in the cosy living room by the fireplace. When I booked a room at the Lodge, I was planning to check-in and then spend the day at the hot springs nearby but the volcano and lake view at the location was so stunningly beautiful that I could find no reason to leave. Our room was large and lovely with an incredible lake view, the hosts hospitable, the breakfast perfect. We only had soup and drinks in the evening but I imagine that the food is fantastic as everything else. I would definitely stay again.

A cosy living room with chic Alpine-style décor can be enjoyed just 200 metres from Llanquihue Lake. Picturesque Puerto Montt is only 25 km away. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. Kind and sweet owners who helped us with our late check ins and early checkouts, and even looked after our bags for us. Hotel is a lovely cute place right in the centre.

Just 50 metres from Llanquihue Lake, this charming Alpine-style frame house has rooms with free WiFi access. Guests can enjoy free private parking on site, subject to availability. Great location right in front of the lake. We managed to get a wonderful garden view, the garden is so beautiful, it looks like it was out of a fairy tale. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, any queries we had, they were always a great help. Rooms were very nice and clean with big and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very clean and well supplied with toiletries. Breakfast included was delicious, supplied with a variety of fresh and locally sourced items such as traditional southern kutchen, fresh eggs and fruit. The location was great, within walking distance to local artisan shops and the beautiful lake. We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the awesome staff at Hotel Frutillar!
