The apartment was spotless with everything that you needed. The location is amazing, it is in a nice, green and safe area in Santiago; we enjoyed strolling around the neighbourhood and visit some restaurants closed by. It is also easily reached by metro, bus or car; that make it easier to get know other places as well. The staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Thank you! We will come back for sure!

I loved everything about Regal Pacific. The staff is great, the food is AMAZING, the amenities in the bedroom are top-notch. The location is great too. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the subway. The neighborhood around the hotel is great too - and safe. Very comfortable bedroom with a great space. I'm looking forward to my next stay at Regal.

Santiago’s historic town center is at 30 min walking or 10 min in public transport. The staff was very welcoming. I had problems with the reservation (my mistake) and they promptly found a solution that would work for both of us. Location is great. The room (single room) is small but comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, I believe if I had breakfast at a cafe I would spend more and have a worse meal.
