Located in Jinning, 10 minutes Kinmen Airport, 八八古藝民宿可包棟 is set in an ancient building and offers accommodation with free WiFi connection. Parking spaces can be found at the location nearby. Excellent communication, excellent staff understanding and assistance, gorgeous historic facility (Qing dynasty-era courtyard building, fully restored with care), all the basic necessities (shampoo, body soap, house slippers, linens, etc) provided in the room, along with free wifi and a TV in the room. My room was tiny, but for one person seeking to discover a new place, it was perfect. I love how they turned part of the original room into the divided-off washroom (wet room, which was great). Bed was quite firm, akin to a yoga block, but comfortable. Room was very clean, as was the entire facility. A fridge / freezer and electric kettle are available for guest usage in the room where one checks in. The area in which the property is situated in calm, and near enough to walk to some restaurants and supermarkets. I was able to take advantage of their moto-rental service (driving licence + international licence required). Staff are, again, excellent, professional, helpful, kind. Highly recommended.

Set in an ancient building, the property is designed in a creative combination of oriental and western style. Guests can enjoy free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel is situated on a gorgeous island just a short boat ride from Xiamen. We were given a fantastic room that far exceeded our expectations and really made our stay on Guyangyu special. The reception staff took care to meet us from the boat and communicated via WeChat very well, they even recommended an excellent restaurant. We will return.

The best part was probably our experience with 吴琳 （Vinnie). After checking out, we waited at the waiting area and 吴琳 kindly approached us for assistance. She even offered to safekeep our luggage if we wanted to shop around and gave us some candies while we waited. Really appreciate the kind and extraordinary service rendered. Kudos to you, 吴琳!

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. They gave lots of good suggestions of places we could eat dinner and activities to do. The breakfast was also very nice! The common room was a great place to play games and chat.

A 15-minute drive to Gulangyu Ferry Pier, Kempinski Hotel Xiamen offers stylish air-conditioned rooms with lake views, free internet and free Wi-Fi. The staff at Kempinski were so warm and welcoming. Always very friendly towards us guest. The room was clean and bright.

Xiamen C&D is located a 10-minute drive from Gaoqi International Airport. The luxurious hotel offers a fitness centre, an indoor pool and free parking. A wonderful garden where I could wander and relax, and watch birds.

Located near the famous Coffee Street, Marco Polo Xiamen is a 20-minute drive to Xiamen International Airport and also close to the business district. Seriously the best hotel I ever stayed in. Everything was on point.
