Activities for children are organised. There are complimentary airport-pick ups. Everything was nearly 100%, the staff members from reception, cleaners bar members and entertainment were very friendly, the food was limited but nice, really nice private location, rooms were super clean and spacious. Amazing views.

GHL Relax Hotel Costa Azul is 15 minutes´ drive from Rodadero and a 30-minute drive from the city heart of Santa Marta. My wife and I staid here for her birthday. The property was very clean and the amenities were great. The staff provided us with contacts for transportation into Santa Marta and Rodadero. We never mentioned it was my wife's birthday to the staff, but on the morning of her birthday they came out with a cake and sang happy birthday to her. Can't recommend the hotel enough if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to get away too for a vacation.

Especially Mateo!:: ... They have the best customer service, handling all your needs, and they speak English and Spanish which can be a big plus for travelers! They sent their dogs with me for the back roads hike to beautiful waterfalls! The dogs led the way (pic attached!). Then when I came back, I tracked mud all over my floor. Carmen instantly arrived with a mop and cleaned my floor! Then I had a perfectly clean room again! 👍 .... I fell in love with Trompito, and the staff here mentioned a nice apartment down the road, which ended up being perfect for me, and now I will be neighbors to this lovely accommodations that offers you a unique and complete experience of a lifetime!

Gourmet dishes can be ordered at the restaurant and art exhibitions can be found regularly in the gallery. The hotel is located conveniently in the city center. The staff is very friendly and the received us with a cocktail. Before going to our bedroom they took us for a short tour in the hotel and share with us the hotel family history and the house history, and showed us how to enjoy the place. We received an upgrade to the presidential bedroom which was beautifully decorated. Had a double large shower. The breakfast was delicious.
