Beautiful castle, easy to access, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. It was a great choice for our family trip! Bonus: there was a lovely cat too, much to our daughter’s delight.

Located in the historical centre of Znojmo in a reconstructed building dated back to the 15th century, Penzion Kaplanka is set 400 metres from the castle and houses a wine bar. The guest house offers views of the Dyje river. Only 7 parking spaces are available and reservations are required. Superb new design in a historic facility. Perfect location, nice garden with pool, excellent breakfast.

Nice location with a great view over the castle Roomservice breakfast was awesome and plenty of it. To much actually. 4 rolls and 6 sweet pastry, and a large plate of fruit was a bit much for one person, was perhaps allitle wasteful.
