All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

Beautiful, historical, famous hotel with excellent services and special Becher's bar. We stay there in past year and will come on next year for few days relax again.

Location, view and personnel are great. The room is not decorated in a modern style, hovewer fully corresponds to the spirit of the town, which have counted on.
