Very friendly staff. The place had its own Italian resto with good food. The location was also very convenient.

Comfortable and with care of children. Friendly and kind staff. Good breakfast. I can totally suggest the place for a family trip.

Set next to a forest and surrounded by meadows, Penzion Stará Vápenka is located in Svinná and features a restaurant offering regional cuisine with products from a nearby farm, a spa area with a steam... Nice stay / stop over and over there. The personal is truly nice, you feel like being the center of their world. Kitchen is phenomenal. Rooms with enough space. Silent place.....we love it there

Within the Šumava National Park in the village of Horska Kvilda, Hotel Rankl ofers an in-house sauna, massages, and a Czech restaurant. Kvilda’s ski resort is a 5-minute drive away. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year. In the summer months, as well as the usual restaurant menu they have a BBQ on the terrace. Beds are always comfy with lovely bedding. Great breakfast.
