The Czech people are welcoming, respectful, friendly and utmost helpful. The food was fresh, tasty and we were served a variety of dishes every day. The hotel interior has a pleasant design with comfortable and big rooms, and it is spotless everywhere. It is perfect for families with children as there are specific activities and playgrounds, also two very friendly alpacas.

The family-run Hotel Rango is housed in a historical building 20 metres from Pilsen's main square. The restaurant serves Mediterranean specialities and fine Czech and international wines. Excellent food, great location in the center, friendly staff.

Within the Šumava National Park in the village of Horska Kvilda, Hotel Rankl ofers an in-house sauna, massages, and a Czech restaurant. Kvilda’s ski resort is a 5-minute drive away. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year. In the summer months, as well as the usual restaurant menu they have a BBQ on the terrace. Beds are always comfy with lovely bedding. Great breakfast.
