Only 250 metres from the beach, hotel in the Baltic Sea resort of Dierhagen offers a spa with indoor pool, fitness area, 3 saunas and a beauty farm. Varied breakfast buffets are provided. I stayed at this hotel some ten years ago and thought it one of the most pleasant places I had ever been. It shows its age a bit now—the bathroom could be refreshed, and there is no air conditioning—but it is still exceptional. Unlike so many places on the Baltic coast, Dierhagen is not spoiled by droves of tourists. If I had more money, I would happily spend a week or two here.

Good breakfast. The apartment and the bed was nice, and had everything needed. But I did not actually use the kitchenette. A short walk to the village center.
