This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. It offers free WiFi.

The delicious breakfast buffet consists of mostly local produce as well as homemade jams. In the evenings, guests can relax on the terrace with a good Saxon beer or wine. The location is about 20 minutes from the ferry/S Bahn. The room is very clean, cozy and welcoming, with the forest in the back. It has a lovely garden. Key pick-up process is easy, and the breakfast is amazing with so many choice of marmalades. The staff are all friendly. I find the shower very comfortable. Definitely worth the money and want to visit again!

Had everything we needed. Loved the balcony. The staff was great and helpful. Hope to come back.

Private parking available at the hotel with charges The concept of the hybrid between hotel and apartment was absolutely perfect for our family beak! The facilities with games room, laundry room, lounge area was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The apartment itself was essentially brand newly fitted out with exactly what you need for a hotel apartment and I felt very generous is space for the price. We were so pleased with the value for money with apartment central generally. As air BNB gets more expensive and often disappointing this place really has responded with the perfect city center solution, better for the guest and better for the city. I hope to see more places like apartment central in the future - Thanks!

Each of the rooms at Hotel Via Regia - VIAs-Hotels comes equipped with a seating area and a private bathroom. The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.
