It was a lovely Hotel well run very clean and had everything you needed The staff was exceptional and the free shuttle was an extra convenience. My pickup driver spoke very good English as I unfortunately did not speak Spanish. All of this made me feel welcomed. Also while I had an early morning flight the front desk had coffee and tea and fruit as well as fruit bread that day starting at 2 am. This was most exceptional because usually there is nothing available till 5 am at many Hotels I have stayed at. The restaurant was also preparing amazing meals while I was having a, quick bite to eat. 10 out of 10 for sure

I travel often to Ecuador for work, I was thinking to change my routine a bit ..so I decided to stay at this place (great option). The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was very complete and delicious, the hotel is close to everything...this will definitely be my destination the next time I return.

The staff went above and beyond to help us for our one night stay, like putting out early breakfast before our tour start. The hotel is very close to the artisanal market for picking up hand-made gifts and there are a number of nice restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
