Free parking is available October - April. We were very happy with everything : location, facilities, spa and food , all was very good ! We even extended our stay ! I would like to highlight that staff working at the hotel is very professional, polite and friendly - we stayed 3 days and everywhere at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pub and in the spa - very good service!

The hotel has a brand new Spa center IDA, which accommodates up to 48 guests and is intended for both hotel guests and visitors from the city. The private Spa center includes 3 jacuzzis with relaxing hydro-massages, 4 saunas, a relaxation area, and a bar. Second stay at the Narva Hotel and everything was great. Staff is very helpful and the location is great. I will definitely come back here if needed and I recommend this hotel.

If you want personality, commitment and to feel like a valued guest, this is it. You get it all. Colors, stories and the atmosphere. No indifference, randomness or anonymity. Everything is chosen with care. Also Andrea Bocelli's aria during the breakfast. I know I will happily return again.

The grounds of the hotel are amazing. I would choose it again just for the location and nature. Our room was standard. Nothing really exeptional there. Spa had windows almost every direction so pretty great. Breakfast selection - there was abundance of everything, really tasty and option to have breakfast in the garden (in summer) - amazing ☺️
