It has everything I wish for in a hotel: perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms, good food, lovely grounds, and, not least, the most wonderful staff! They really go out of their way to help you with any problem you might have, they are invariably friendly and warm and make you feel so appreciated and welcome. On this last occasion, when I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where I really needed help, I had three "special angels": guest relation Reham, and managers Mohammed Youssuf and Elagia.
