She went out of her way to accommodate us. I loved her. Hossam who cleaned our room was lovely as well. So friendly and kind. In fact, everybody was incredibly friendly. The view of the Nile from our 8th floor room was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet at Culina was one of the best I have ever eaten at a hotel (and we have eaten many). And we thought the food at Bab el-Sharq was delicious. All in all, wonderful service and a very happy stay.

Located in Cairo’s affluent Garden City district, Kempinski Nile Hotel offers luxurious rooms on the shores of the Nile River. It features a wellness centre and a rooftop swimming pool. The cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff were excellent. The pool area up top was very nice and clean. The room service was exceptional and the front desk and concierge helped me out several times. I would recommend this to anyone, although it is just a touch expensive I splurged and I'm glad I did.
