Comfort, I was upgraded and the staff was super nice!

the host was so professional ,available and helpful,towers are great construction,few steps to all malls and restaurante,parking and services are impecable,luxury of the community and management is unique, smart super clean appartment with great value for money totally reccomend for short or long stay in cairo ..never been satisfied like this so i had to write such a review

The hotel is amazing. Room is simply great. Pool is lovely. People are friendly, everyone is attending to our requests. VIP treatment when you book a suite. Breakfast is good. It's a hidden secret if I may say. Kenzy from Hotel staff, was so friendly to the kids and made their day, they kept asking to see her again.

The whole staff was very nice, welcoming and so professional. They even gave me the late Check-out that I requested for and I’m really so grateful for that. Thankfully I got upgraded to a suite. The suite is spacious, beautifully well designed, clean and has the best view ever on the golf resort.

The Hotel is perfect for near and in cairo weekend, the Staff were very helpful and trying their best to do everything to make you feel home, food quality and test is exceptional and restaurant staff from Chiefs, catering, manager was far exceeding my expectation, room very clean and furniture is new and luxury, pool is good and aqua is good but need to have more games as it is only 3 slides for kids and 2 for kids/adults.

The staff were amazing and friendly . The place is cozy and lovely . The location is perfect and close to almost everything 👌.

Lovely hotel with great surroundings. Staff we very nice and extremely helpful. Food and beverage was good with lots of options. Rooms were pleasant with a beautiful view from the terrace. Highly recommend!

The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. We were given the Spa suite which is so relaxing and has its own private sauna and jacuzzi :) Staff members are super friendly, extremely welcoming and helpful, and go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I particularly loved the interior design of this hotel with its zen nautical accents and calming and neutral color scheme. This hotel is highly recommended.
