Reception, especially KRISTEL, was magnificent and she made it her mission to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

Among the facilities at this property are a concierge service and a tour desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property was excellent and we enjoyed our stay here. Great location, very friendly staff (especially Maggie) and well maintained rooms. There is an all day coffee, tea and muffin station in the hotel which was a nice touch. The room doesn’t come equipped with a kettle however when requested, they immediately provided one.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool with city views, Ohla Eixample is a stylish boutique hotel located 10 minutes’ walk from two of Gaudi’s major works, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló. There is free high-speed WiFi available throughout and a Clef d’Or Concierge service. The full stay was phenomenal, room was great, breakfast full of choice and high quality and the staff was super friendly. After we checked out my daughter became sick and I phoned the hotel if we could have a late check out given we had an evening flight. It was no problem! We could stay in a new clean room without any charge. This was making a huge difference and was so welcome in an unfortunate situation. Really grateful for this service, thank YOU again!
